Details on the contest: [link]
I was installing furniture in New Mexico but I still gave it a shot. Between installing, traveling and drawing my entry, I worked about 115 hours that week. I drew for about 25 hours in all, most of it late at night and on the stairs of the hotel so I wouldn't keep my roommate up all night. Obviously, I didn't get it done but I gave it a shot. I went ahead and submitted the unfinished pencils. I was just happy to participate at that point. This first page isn't too bad. The rest is sloppy and rushed. I'm not too proud of the quality but I'm glad I made the effort.
